Ken spent thirty years as a computer technologist, but has always been a Coach! He is the “Computer Guy” that can relate to the users, just as effectively as their computer!
He studied Metaphysics, Philosophy, Quantum Physics and a host of spiritual disciplines.
Ken is an iPEC Certified Empowerment Coach specializing in Energy Leadership.
He has written articles in Miracles Magazine and two Blogs.
Ken offers Spiritual Coaching, in-home, online and public workshops as well as presentations.
Coaching Is Not Coaching Is Not about fixing "broken" people.
In fact, most people who hire coaches are already very successful. Yet in their success, they realize they can be even more successful, if they just make a few adjustments in their lives. A coach helps you to do exactly that.
Coaching Is Not just pleasant chit-chat.
Although coaching conversations can be quite fun, a coach's job is to help you move forward in a way that's totally in keeping with who you are and what you want - at work and in life. The goal of coaching is to facilitate deep learning and lasting change. So the coaching conversation needs to be both relevant and resonant. And coach and client need to attend the call ready to work!
Coaching is Not something everyone is good at.
Anyone can try to coach. But not everyone can coach well because it requires a mastery of advanced communication and relating skills, coupled with experience, knowledge and a special commitment to helping others flourish. So when selecting your coach, look for credentials - real credentials. And look for experience - relevant experience. And then check for rapport. Without ALL of these qualifications, you just don't know what you're getting.
Coaching Is Not about giving you the answers.
It's really about helping you figure out your own answers. It's about helping you become a better communicator with YOURSELF because when you do, you naturally work harder and smarter. You thrive!
