Ken spent most of his life as a computer technologist, but has always been a Coach! In thirty years as a technologist, he began as a first tier Technician and through the years has moved up to Manager and Project Leader.

On his own, Ken pursued his interest in Metaphysics, Philosophy, Quantum Physics and a host of spiritual disciplines. He is an iPEC Certified Empowerment Coach specializing in Energy Leadership. He spent ten years in the U.S. Coast Guard, is a Certified Personal Trainer and kettle bell enthusiast.

Ken offers personal Spiritual Coaching, in-home, online and public workshops, as well as presentations.
